One of the rarest and most distinctive modern A Zildjians. Originally developed from the experimental Re-Mix series, the 18” Breakbeat Ride was designed in collaboration with drummer Zach Danziger to capture the dry, sampled cymbal sounds popular in electronic music. It later evolved into the A Uptown Ride, making the original Breakbeat versions increasingly sought after by collectors.

With its raw, unlathed finish and oversized hammering, this 1652g cymbal delivers a dry, earthy voice with exceptional stick definition, minimal wash and a surprisingly musical crash. A perfect choice for compact setups, studio work and drummers looking for something beyond a traditional ride.
