Particularly popular among rock and metal drummers, the Zil-Bel delivers an exceptionally penetrating bell sound with a sharp attack, strong projection and long, shimmering sustain.

Many drummers mount their Zil-Bel upside down above a ride cymbal, creating an additional powerful bell sound without requiring a separate cymbal stand.
