15” A Zildjian Hi-Hat Bottom Hollow Logo [1978–1982] 1464g

A genuine 15″ A Zildjian Hi-Hat Bottom from the highly regarded Hollow Logo era.

Originally part of a marching cymbal pair, this heavier Hollow Logo makes an excellent candidate for anyone building a custom 15″ hi-hat. I happen to own an original 15″ A Zildjian New Beat bottom, and although this example is slightly heavier at 1464g, it once again shows just how close these vintage marching cymbals come to the weight of dedicated hi-hat bottoms.

If you already have a loose 15″ top — whether A, K or something completely different — this could be the missing piece to create a unique vintage combination.
