10” Zildjian ZXT Trashformer [2010]

One of those wonderfully weird Zildjian effects that does exactly what its name promises. This 10” ZXT Trashformer is deliberately warped, twisted and anything but flat — straight from the factory.

Introduced in 2010, the 10” was one of the smaller additions to the Trashformer family. Its unusual shape creates a very fast, explosive and dirty response: part trash crash, part metallic accent and perfect for stacks.

This one is from [2010] and still has strong original ZXT and Zildjian logos, plus the original barcode sticker underneath. Nice used condition with normal signs of age and use.

• Size: 10” / 25 cm
• Series: ZXT
• Model: Trashformer
• Year: [2010]
• Finish: Traditional
• Sound: Fast, trashy, metallic and explosive
• Great as a standalone effect or in a stack
• Factory-warped shape — that crazy edge is supposed to be there!

A discontinued little piece of Zildjian weirdness. Not a cymbal you need on every gig — but definitely one you’ll miss the moment you need exactly that nasty little KRRRASH.
